8.4. We offer a delivery method: to your home or to a collection point via Mondial Relay. Delivery time depends on the shipping country.

For home delivery, if the recipient is absent when our transport provider arrives, the package will be left at a collection point near the delivery address. In this case, the customer will be able to collect the package within 10 days upon presentation of an identity document and the delivery notice. At the end of this period, unclaimed packages will be returned to us. We decline all responsibility for delivery delays caused by the absence of the recipient of the package or its failure to collect it within the time provided for this purpose.

8.5. When we are prevented from executing the contract by a case of force majeure or a fortuitous event as defined by Belgian jurisprudence or by a foreign cause, in particular a fault attributable to you, the delivery period is automatically extended by depending on the duration of the impediment. 1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – RETURN

Return costs are exclusively your responsibility.

9.4. The goods must be returned to us in perfect resalable condition allowing them to be marketed in new condition and in their original packaging and blister pack, unsealed and unused, failing which a refund cannot be made.

Any packages for which no element allows the sender to be identified (surname, first name, address, order number) cannot be returned.

9.5. If you exercise the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, the sum of the price of the products will be fully refunded to you by bank transfer depending on the payment method used when ordering online and at the latest within thirty (30) days following the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised.
